Tom Ranseen

A Duke graduate (and fanatic Duke basketball fan for over half a century) with extensive marketing experience, Tom combines real-life insights with storytelling flair. He’s authored a four-book thriller series, Game of Twins.

His latest literary endeavor, though, is nonfiction. Tom is a senior (and a non-clinician) who’s experienced his share of balance challenges. Hence, his new book published in October 2025, Balance for Seniors – A Layman’s Guide - Straight Talk to Help Prevent Falls, Improve Balance, and Live More Confidently –From A Senior Who's Lived It.

He lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with his Airedale, Keri (in the photo), who accompanies him on multiple daily walks. He’s also lucky that his two grown children live nearby in the Nashville area.
